Dude this works so well. I had some sores in my mouth as well as scabs from unconscious chewing of my cheeks and lips and this cleared it up really well. The thing is that it can foam up a lot so I used just a little bit and gargled twice. It does burn a little but if you hold it in your mouth for a little while though.

I'm an older braces wearer and I'm constantly gnashing my gums and cheeks with the hardware. I bought this to clean the resulting sores and maybe help them heal better. This stuff is terrific at all that. Since hydrogen peroxide is an ingredient, it foams like crazy, reaching every surface and crevice. I use it most nights "”after brushing, flossing, and water piking"”before I go to bed and I wake with happy cheeks and gums!
