I wanted the Callaway Edge set for 500 bucks, but the warehouse store stopped selling them and they now go for 850 dollars. They are a great set of clubs, but now out of my financial reach. Looking for an alternative my research led me to the Bazooka 460 set. They look gorgeous and meet all my needs for a good price. Sadly those are discontinued and not available anywhere. Kind of sad I missed out on the two aforementioned sets, but this is Bazooka 270 set is probably the next best thing.

I will start my review by saying for the money you probably won't find a nicer set of clubs. They actually do look pretty good. They were packaged extremally well. Some of the seams aren't exactly flush on the clubs, but that aside they are very good quality, and definitely a notch above a box set at sporting goods store.

The bag did come with a nylon topper which was a nice surprise. It will keep water out in the rain, and has a zipper so you can still access your clubs. It's held on by snap rivets so it will keep dust out in between use while in storage. If you walk the course the bag has an impressive back pack strap so that is also great.

Without doubling my budget I don't think I could find nicer clubs. I did a ton of research before buying these, because right now there just isn't any great deals like there was a few months ago. You may be asking yourself then why did I deduct half a star. Two reasons! ...

The cons: When carrying the bag by the handle they want to tip forward which of course would make all the clubs slide out. I think this can be solved by loading up the pockets with golf balls and other gear. As sharp as these clubs look they don't have the wow factor like the 460 line did. The looks of those would make other golfers jealous, but these won't! There is nothing wrong with the putter... it's perfectly average. But it will be the only club in the set I upgrade down the road, as I would like something a little more special.

TLDR: Great looking high quality clubs that own the market in this price range. A couple small issues away from being the perfect budget set!

Had them a few months now and I love them. I'm a casual golfer getting back into the game and I didn't want a bottom of the barrel set, but didn't want to pay big money to put together a set. These have been perfect. Durable, nice looking and worth using whatever I don't upgrade if I decide to put together a good set slowly over the years. If you want a set with everything to get you out playing without feeling like you just grabbed them off the Walmart rack these are perfect. Will probably play for years if you want.
