So awhile ago I got this awesome elevating desk that has allowed me to sit as well as stand at my workstation. Up and down up and down I have been taking advantage of my new desk. So while standing for an hour at a time might have some advantages for my waist line, it has proved a bit stressful on the feet. In order to keep my puppies in pristine condition, I purchased my adjustable footrest from Embody. This tool has taken the ache out of my feet and has allowed me to continue to get the benefits of standing at my desk while providing the comfort I need while sitting at my desk. The combination of the two have allowed me to be at my most productive either sitting or standing.

I'm only 5'0 tall and always have issues with my feet reaching the ground. This footrest is perfect for my short legs. No more dangling. I like that it has different heights you can adjust it too. Took me a minute to figure out how to adjust but soon had it down. The only criticism I have is that I wish it was a tad bit smaller and lighter, would love to take this on a plane with me. I travel 8 hours to,the U.K. and this footrest would be a dream come true if it wasn't as heavy.

Footrests are a must. I previously used a box containing reams of printing paper to elevate my feet, but that can get pretty uncomfortable over a prolonged period of time. Not only could you not adjust the height, but also not the angle.
This item does both and can have its height quickly adjusted, though I often have to bend down to lower it back down. I enjoy its swiveling function to allow my feet to rest at any angle throughout the day.

Got this product and i think it does what it sets out to do in elevating your feet. Three height settings and decently comfortable. Although personally, I wish it would be a bit better about a few things 1) wish it were a bit more stable on the ground 2) wish it was a tad wider for my general feet stance and 3) wish it didn't squeak as much as it did during use when you pivot your feet on it.
These are minor and shouldn't be an issue for most people so i generally recommend it.

I have these in both of my offices and at my home, and it does a great job of relieving pain in my lower back. My only complaint is that the underside has some sharp/hooked edges that risk tearing up parts of my carpet whenever I move it. It's not even a *thick* carpet. I am currently looking for a small mat or rug to place under it as a carpet-protector.
