I like this product. For people who say it is pricey, I agree. It is. Please when comparing, compare to other organic dairy. I like having the powder for smoothies and other things. I make a killer milkshake with this, banana and peanut powder and ice that tastes like ice cream and has practically no fat. Someone posted a photo and commented on the grams of sugar. It is confusing because they are calling a serving a 100grams. I assume they mean of the premixed powder. That's going to make around a quart of milk which is a lot for one serving but makes the sugar content more reasonable. There is no added sugar and milk has a high sugar content. So removing all the water from it will make the sugar content high. Adding the water back should make it the same as liquid milk. I also put it into my coffee. I like that it doesn't dilute or cool the coffee. A trick my husband suggested is to mix the powder with the sugar you are adding to the coffee before you add the coffee. This keeps it from clumping. I only add one teaspoon sugar to a quarter cup milk powder and it works well. They recommend using a scale to reconstitute it. one part powder to nine parts water. I used my kitchen scale and found a not-packed level 1/4 cup to be 33 grams. A half cup did come to 66 grams. So it appears that 100 grams is more like 3/4 of a cup.

I bought this for when I run out of milk and need something for baking or making an omelet. This has worked very well for me. Powder milk will never be like regular milk if you want to drink it as you would out of a bottle. But for me, I thought this was very good. I love the fact that it is organic.
good substitute for non-fat milk

It tastes similar to the fresh non-fat milk
By far, the best tasting powdered milk I've ever used.

UPDATE #2 7'19 Last time I bought this was Dec'18. At this price, it cost me $7.00/mo. for my last bag.
Still best powdered/ instant milk I've ever had. Maybe if more people bought it, the price would go down..?
UPDATE: About 4 mos. later-- Still really like this milk. It IS expensive and if you have a
children who go through a lot of milk, may not be for you. If you don't go through
a lot of milk, use in scrambled eggs, add to beverages, cooking, . well... I figure it's cost me
about $12.25 mo--not bad. You can spend that on a few lattes.
I've been using non-fat powdered milk for almost 30 years. I started after being in an
accident where I suffered back & neck injuries. I found I could order it and have it
delivered to my door, thus eliminating 4 lbs. from my grocery bag, yet always had
milk on hand. I've tried many different brands but this is the best. It's organic, hormone
free, non-fat milk powder. It's also Kosher--which for those who don't know what
that means, it's a set of very strict rules for how food is prepared.
This is a very fine milk powder--not granular like some. Properly mixed and chilled
it tastes like just like the milk you're probaby use to. I usually only mix up about 16 oz.
at a time and have discovered a very simple way of mixing it. I add the powder to
filtered water in a mixing cup/glass. You know the kind with the wire whip ball you
place inside and shake. This mixes it really well even with the cold refrigerated filtered
water and is ready for use immediately if I need it. Otherwise, I transfer it to a glass
beverage container and place in the refrigerator. If I'm making a smoothie or cooked pudding
or whatever, I simply add the powder. With other brands I'd used in the past, I'd use a lot of
extra powder to get the flavor but that's not necessary with this. It's by far, the best
tasting powdered milk I've ever used.
