This easy to use packet is so wonderful! The flavor is quite nice, and if you need to use powder instead of stock, you can simply cut open the packet for it! It adds a new profile to your soups and stocks and all sorts of vegetable dishes. I'm very pleased with it and I will be ordering more. You receive a re-sealable plastic bag with small tea-bag like packets inside. They are similar to tea bags, in that you add them to water, then boil it for the preferred taste, and remove. There are no strings attached to the bags, though it is easy to remove from the pot with a utensil. I like that I can simply reseal the bag.
