I only use my Alcatel flip phone as a basic phone for emergency calls, or calls from the car .
The Beltron case from Amazon is very well designed and I and very satisfied with it:
-All ports accessible you don't need to take the phone out of the case to use it. Much like my ipad Amazon zugu case.
-Only takes a a few minutes to assemble, easy to take apart. Unsnap the case first.
-"Easier" to open the phone, you don't have to search for the location of the flip phone join where you pry it open., the biggest plus. It can be opened without looking now.
-Protects the screen and keyboard not that it needed it. Protects the phone outer case .
-The Beltron case does add some bulk, but it provides a nice leather surface to grab hold of if you store in your pocket versus the naked phone which is slippery.
-The case clip is quite strong, the phone and case will not fall off of your belt, but will take a bit of effort to remove the phone for use. It's a blessing and a curse. I probably won't use the clip. The clip make the phone too fat in ones shirt pocket so I removed it.

Really like it ! It's well-made, And the dark red color makes it easy to spot. My flip phone opens much more easily with this cover on. The only thing is we had to slightly in enlarge the openings for the charger in the air slot. All in all, a great product!
