I'm not a big fan of sweets but even so, i absolutely loved these cakes. What a surprise as far as flavor goes. The only downside to these cakes is that I'm a huge fan of injeolmi but I didn't really get that flavor. There's a nice fluffy, marshmallow like texture in the middle and a little bit of jam. To be completely honest, i'm a little confused on what 'flavor' this is supposed to be besides injeolmi but i love it and i've purchased 4 boxes since. I will continue to re-purchase.
