I bought these before my daughter was walking to prevent any accidents from happening and let me tell you, they are so good at doing its job even me and my husband struggled to take them off. I bent my nail several times lol. I recommend buying for those kids who are curious

My wife and I had bought 2 brands of the 'regular' (translucent and slightly flexible) outlet covers and at 11 months old our child figured out how to remove them. As he is dexterous and clever, I let him watch me replace the first of the old kind with one of these before letting him try to remove it for several minutes - he did not succeed.
My only complaint is that some of the tabs that let me remove them slide out very easily - but while it is a source of concern for this first-time father, none of the dozens we're using have been compromised or removed in the week since we got them.
Unlike similar styles, this brand's shape makes removal without extending the handle virtually impossible - and as I said we've watched him try (even on plates where the outlet extends slightly).
Unless you want to start installing full cages over your outlets, I think this is the best baby-proofing outlet cover available.
If the child defeats these excellent covers, I will update my review with his age and technique. Until then, 4/5 (without the occasional loose tabs it would be 5/5).

I love these for the outlet covers! They're easy to put in and you have to put in effort to take out. They blend in well with our white outlet panels and get the job done. I love that so many comes in one pack as I only needed one for my entire house.
