I had an issue at first but the seller worked pretty fast to resolve it and was very helpful. The cable I have works excellent and is pretty sturdy. The strap that came with it also helps keep it in place and not stress the ports.

Do not waste your money at the oculus.com store for one of these cables, this cable works fantastically! It works better than airlink by a millions times.
FYI You have to disable air link in order to use cable link. Don't think that just because you plugged it in and it's not working that it doesn't work. there are settings on the oculus that you have to have set correctly or it will keep the port shut off.
And again save your money buy this cable instead, you won't be unhappy.
