Awesome machine! bought it for myself to play since my wife wasn't interested in playing with me. Now she uses and says its a great cardio work out and has improved her game. Our 7 year old can use it as well(with supervision) and the speed can be set low enough that it doesn't hurt if hit by the balls. The price point was motivation for me to use it more often and its held up great.
It’s a bit expensive... but it’s a really good reliable well built machine.

The ball machine is quite durable and reliable.
I find that I don't miss not ordering the remote control .... I simply set it up .... watch a couple balls being projected .... turn the power off ... and adjust as necessary.
I still haven't tried the full speed setting of 10 ... 7 speed setting is pretty fast so much so that I miss half my shots.
I used a luggage cart to move it around.
It's a very good machine so far .... no real complaints.
The only minor issue is moving it around the court ... closer to the net or near the baseline .... depending on how easy or hard I want the balls to come.
It's those times that I wouldn't mind the machine having it's own WHEELS.

I have only had the Tennis Tutor for about a week and have used it four times. While it is easy to use you must experiment with the machine in order to find the appropriate ball speed, elevation and ball feed that is appropriate for you. This really is not a problem.
The machine weighs about 25 lbs. so it can be a bit cumbersome to carry it from your car along with your racquet and a ball hopper to the tennis court particularly if you are older. It would be helpful if the machine had wheels but that may not be practical. It appears that the battery will power the machine for about 3 hours and then need a recharge. I have used the machine for about two hours without any problem. However, it does take a long time to recharge - usually about 6-8 hours. Therefore, you must start the recharge after you get off the court if you plan to use it later or in the morning.
Another issue for me is the short delay between the time you turn the machine on and the time the balls begin to fire from the machine. This machine has a 10 second delay which for me is not adequate to get from one end of the court to the other end and be ready to return balls. It would be great if there where a way to adjust the timing. The only other solution is to purchase the remote control device which I believe is about $200.
All-in-all it is a good machine based on my experience thus far.
