It's sturdy and concrete like. It's nicer than the plastic ones I saw at the garden store. The way it's shipped though made it arrive with small hairline cracks. I think I can put touches of paint over them but it was disappointing.

These are what we were looking for. Made out of some kind of lightish weight fiber cement. Great quality. Good packaging. Filled half way with crushed stone, put garden cloth on top and filled rest with potting soil. They won't move easily. They were perfect for what we were looking for. Great height and width. Considering other planters, decent price point.

Was looking for some modern but subtle planters. These fit the bill perfectly. The charcoal color is just the right amount of darkness with a hint of blue. These were packaged quite well was worried as I know some other planters don't fair well. If they get damaged I can only assume it's the carrier the foam and placement are sufficient. Anyways these planters are perfect for an entrance. There is sufficient space to pack in the plants. I went a little overboard, but I wanted them to make a statement. I'll be purchasing more of these planters. They are indeed lightweight on their own, but once you load them up they are heavy so take that into account when you fill the planter you'll want to fill it in place or very close where you can kind of scoot it into place or 2 people.
