I got this installed and I was very happy with the quality of the product. It is well made of thick steel. I have a small yard trailer that I was planning to install on the lower ball and with the angle of the vertical support the hole was too close. I was disappointed, But I found the ELITEWILL Steel ATV 3-Way Trailer Hitch Adapter for Golf Cart Garden Tractor Lawn Mower Chain and Tow Strap and that part solved the problem and I am very happy with my purchase. It did add some length, so with my power sprayer I needed to lengthen the power cord. I installed on a 100 series JD lawn tractor and I did not have to drill the tractor. I did have to drill the lower ball hole a little to get the 3/4" bolt to fit.
It works very well with John Deere L110 series riding mower

Relatively easy to install (although you will need a long-nose pliers for helping to fasten the arms to the tractor's back plate) (I'd recommend the 11" long-reach pliers"¦ you'll find them here or at harbor freight)).
No drilling of any kind needed"¦ likely true for most mainstream John Deere lawn tractors.
I towed a utility trailer with the mower and the kit (and a 1 7/8 tow ball), and I was very pleased with the results!

Quality, excellent, ease of install on John Deer no drilling involved. Seems very strong.......bottom ball useless, angle will not allow you to set trailer receiver on the ball.....maybe able to install backwards to get use out of both balls....
