Trouble with suction, but great once I figured it out.

This product works great when it is setup right for your machine. I gave this thing three tries before I was about to give up, but I finally found the sweet spot for me.
Tips:
1) Use filtered sand/media, Paver Sand run through a screen or colander should work for you.
2) Keep the nozzle pointed down to keep water out of the line.
3) Keep the bag/bucket above you, doing it on flat ground WOULD NOT work for me and clogged continuously.
4) Wear cloths you do not care about because this is MESSY, Face shield/Eyewear is a must.
Pros:
1) Cheap if you have a pressure washer.
2) Quick and Effective once you have it working correctly.
Cons:
1) Figuring it out can be a pain when it wont work right.
2) Takes a bit of sand to do even smaller jobs
3) Messy
Conclusion:
I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a few small jobs done. If you are restoring a vehicle like I am I would really consider taking everything to a pro.
The first time I used it, I think I had bad sand, but had the right setup. The second time I gave it a shot in my back yard on flat ground. Don't waste your time on flat ground if you do not have a 3500+ PSI washer. You need to have the bag above you and use fine filtered play sand. I sat mine on my deck (about 6 feet in the air) and it worked wonderfully at that point. Keep the nozzle pointed down and you might get a clog every once and awhile, but you should be fine. I used a bin and a stand I fabricated to contain some of this, but it is going to make a huge mess. No dust though, so I feel confident using sand.
Good Luck!

I thought this would be cheap garbage for the price but it's heavy duty steel.
It worked perfect no clogging of the hose.
It does use up a lot of sand and you can't adjust that but I think there is a way to modify it. If less sand comes out I think it will come out even faster.
I'm just using sand you get from a rock plant, it's not clean sand but very dirty, but 2 bucks for 5 gallons. As is does the job great but If you can tune it to your pressure washer you can have something like the professionals have.

Research blast media, use strong pressure washer, switch out suction hose with longer hose

You need to research best blast media for each job and material you are working on. I used clean/screened HD play-sand on an AL intake manifold and grit is too course. Leaves metal rougher finish than I liked. I would use a finer sand like sugar sand, or other fine blast media. I can re-blast with to smooth surface if I choose but that is added work. Or sand down with non-woven scuffing pads or sandpaper, etc.
This tool removes the high temp engine paint and the marine grade AL primer coat which I had already wasted a lot of time trying to remove with paint strip, acetone, DOT 3 break fluid. Using this and a pressure washer initially would have saved much time. I do not own (yet) a 4gpm or higher pressure washer. I only have a 3100psi, 2.5gpm pressure washer and it worked okay. A commercial rated washer would probably work best. I may rent one to compare. TIPs:
Pay attention to the simple direction sheet to keep the suction blast media hose on top. I used masking tape to tape hose to top of my spray gun helps keep you from turning sideways or downward.
Use a fold down full face shield to keep this off your face, this creates a lot of mess; wear a rain-suit as you will get soaked with water and blast media as it is bouncing everywhere; suction hose is 1/2" ID by 10'. It is short and your blast media needs to stay dry, I used 5 gallon bucket with the lid to keep the spray out of the media sand. Need a longer suction hose to keep media supply further away from your project. Solution: I will buy a 20-25' 1/2" hose to keep the media container further away from the blasting. The included clamps for clamping the suction hose to the tool are cheap so prepare to spend extra on new longer hose, SS clamps, media bucket with a lid, etc.

It works.

I was actually surprised that it worked as good as it did. I used it to remove spray tar from my exterior basement wall before I Stucko'd it. My only complaint was that it quick connect seems to be an odd size. It was a loose and wobbly. Since I wanted to use it right away, I didn't run to town to a replacement fitting for it. So, I used plenty of wire and duct tape. Wasn't pretty but it worked.
Hose is shorter than I imagined.
