Workswell. Comes sharp. Is fully functional and does everything it should. Only downside is the screws come loose on the handle and the tiny star shape screws aren't standard sizes. I had to tighten with a screwdriver meant for glasses and used glue to hold screws in place and has worked well since.
Edit- 4 months later after I've secured the screws with glue I've used this to pound nails and as basically a pry bar many times and it hasn't cracked broken or chipped. I love it. It's on par with the purdy brand foldable scraper you buy at Sherwin.

The one I received was smooth closing and opening. It was centered correctly when folded. The blade is a little on the narrow side but any wider and it's folding capability would be hindered. The clip functions and no problems so far. The blade liner lock secures open blade decent.

Usually quality and value do not go hand-in-hand -- this time however, both have exceeded my expectations. Feels great in the hand, opens smooth as butter, locks open like a pro knife that cost 10x as much, and can be opened with one hand or even with inertial force.
As for the function, I originally bought it for the paint-can opener. However, now I reach for this whenever I need to close a paint can because the built-in hammer is really great at not damaging the can in the closing process (which hammers do often and I am loath to mar one of my nice mallets closing a paint can).
I have yet to use all of the 9-or-so functions that it provides, but for what I have used it for already it has excelled. I am so impressed with this, it has earned a coveted spot in my toolbox.
