I bought the "boy short" style. They are so thin and stretchy that they become more like "granny panties" but still, they are incredibly comfortable.

I don't know how long they will last as they are so thin but I will probably buy more as they make all my others feel bulky and confining.

this boyshort underwear pack is great! super soft, perfectly stretchy, and fit me great! the lighter colors are slightly sheer, which doesn't bother me at all since no one sees that! the only thing is that i wear panty liners every day and these are almost too soft for the liners to stick! so beware of that, it's not too big of a deal, they stick for the most part, at least long enough until i go to the bathroom again to change my liner.

Yes they are thing underwear and by most standards, thong undies aren't usually comfortable but these are"¦very pleased with them, true to size"¦I'm a happy customer!

Hanes is a brand known for quality. And this particular comfortflex pack of underwear didn't let me down "“ quality & comfort provided once again. There are a few things to point out for anyone looking to buy this pack. The underwear is sheer which is great for avoiding those embarrassing undergarment lines that show. But, at the same time, if you like underwear with more support, these probably aren't for you. I also wished I would've bought a size above my norm "“ to avoid any riding up of the leg portions. All-in-all, I would buy these again, for sure!

Okay, so I'm almost four weeks post total abdominal hysterectomy and, after a sufficient trial period, am ready to give these chonies two thumbs up. After a two-night hospital stay with the complimentary mesh lingerie, I was on my own, so to speak, at home. I've been wearing bikini undies for decades and never thought about giving a different cut a try until post hysterectomy, when my regenerating nerves were trying to kill me. Regular underwear lay along the abdominal incision (reopened 16-year-old C-section scar), and the leg-hole elastic practically burned my hypersensitive hip creases.

My first undie upgrade were high-rise briefs, but while they sat above the abdominal scar and four laproscopic incisions, they still had leg elastic that hurt at the crease. I tried cutting off the elastic, and it helped a little, but I still wanted to chew my legs off.

Second up were cotton granny panties, one size up. Much better, but still, those darned leg elastics.

Finally, the light bulb went off... boy shorts had the littlest bit of leg to them. I ordered a pack of these, again sizing up, and finally found my bliss. (Well, as much bliss as possible after major abdominal surgery.) I even bought a second package.

Any caveats? I do wish they were 100 percent cotton because the synthetic fabric against sensitive post-surgical skin is a little bit uncomfortable, but the relief on my hip creases plus the virtual lack of seams is a fair trade off.

Another caveat would be the lack of a cotton gusset. It's pretty thin down there, which will be an issue for a lot of women.

Finally, the legs ride up on me. It could be because I sized up, and maybe after I've fully healed, I'll go down a size. But I had to revert to the grannies last night when the ruched-up legs bunched enough to show (as a lump) under the dress I had on (a loose-fitting dress too).

BUT if you are post hysterectomy or C-section, do give these a try!
