I just think my cat's are lazy bums. They played with this flopping fish toy all night when I gave it to them, but by the next day they lost interest.
I don't think it's an issue with the toy, I think it's my cats.
One star removed because this thing is fairly noisy, so I'm kind of glad the cats don't like it more than a little. One of the cats plays with it if it isn't charged but once it starts flopping, the noise scares her.

First, there is nothing wrong with this product, but it isn't getting much of a workout from our cat. I had imagined that we might get the old fat cat moving a bit more instead of just sleeping and eating. The flopping fish was a good try, but cats are inevitably cats. Regarding the fish. It is pretty cool and works just as advertised. Workmanship is good, so it is a quality cat toy. The catnip did get our cat's attention and she tried to rub on the fish; however, she isn't into all the flopping and just watches and waits. The fish is pretty sensitive, and if you bump it slightly, it will do its thing. I do recommend it. It is more exciting to watch than my cat.

I was extremely skeptical on this item. Chinese junk, I figured. But I have been pleasantly surprised by this cat toy. It's durable (three days in), charges quickly, keeps a decent charge, and most of all - it keeps my rescue momma cat and her four kittens busy. The fish only flops when touched and quits burning juice when not being engaged. And it's fun to watch the reactions. Great value!

This toy came charged 30 minutes ago and it is a keeper. We have a 3 year old female and a 3 month old male. They both are enjoying it. It is silent, turns off after inactivity and turns on when the cats touch/bite its belly. They must smell the catnip because they immediately started playing with the fish. Haven't needed to charge it yet and am unable to comment on that feature.
