Overall: Good set of tools to keep in the car, maybe at the office. You'll be able to quickly fix a lot of problems with this set.
Pros
Solid case with strong latches--I've spilled lots of tools out of their cases when the latches come loose. I don't expect that to happen with this one.
Long bits for the ratchet driver--each of the screw driver bits are about 2.5 inches long. I'm glad they included the long ones, because sometimes the short ones don't reach where I need them to go.
Extra utility blades--comes with a nice utility knife (box cutter) and about ten extra blades. God bless you for this.
Nice bonuses--I like that they included the screws, wall anchors and electric tape in the case!
Cons:
Voltage tester--I don't know how to use the voltage tester. Would be nice to have some instructions for how to use it.
Tools sometimes slip from the plastic case--while I don't expect the latches to come loose and spill these tools all over the floor, sometimes when I open it up the tools in the top half of the case a=have slipped out.
