We were introduced to Gjetost cheese at a B&B in Bergen, Norway. Like the country of Norway, we were hooked on the goat cheese. Sometimes we can get it locally. However, we liked being able to find it through Amazon so we can have the taste of Norway more often.

The only thing I disliked was my first order was lost. This order #2 took so long to get, I could have flown to Norway, made the cheese and flown back quicker! I will never order it again. Sadly because it's amazingly delicious.

I got my dad the gjestost cheese for Father's Day and he is happily plowing through the packages. I told him it lasts in the fridge for six months and he said no problem. All four packages would be gone by then. Luckily it's will be his birthday at that time.
