I bought this mold specifically to make sea salt ice cream popsicles. Unfortunately the consistency of the ice cream makes it very hard to release from this silicone mold.
As a popsicle mold it functions perfectly well, and I appreciate all of the extras like the sticks, wraps, etc. The only thing is that I did not get a funnel with my order, which would've been very helpful.
Its easy enough to clean since its silicone. You can toss it in the dishwasher easily enough, but if you hand wash it you'll have to soak it and maybe use a bottle brush to get in all the crevices.

It's so unbearably hot here so I impulsed purchased some popsicle molds. They are easy to use and come with a small funnel for filling. Kind of self-explanatory to use and I plan to buy another mold to make bigger batches. My first batch was coconut yogurt, pineapple pieces, and vanilla yogurt blended. Guilt free and refreshing summer snack!

Silicon vs Stainless Steel

I went with silicon only because it's easier to clean and won't bend. However, the silicon lid for this set is very flimsy and the popsicle sticks are not held securely causing them to sink too low and do not set straight up when freezing. If anyone has a suggestion on how to have the popsicle sticks secure straight up when freezing and at any chosen depth, would be appreciated.
