I have installed the actual glass tiles these were designed after and from a foot away, you can't tell the difference! I won't use the glass one again. Highly recommend. One hint: pay attention to the white membrane that starts the next panel. If you install upside down, you will end up having to trim the off every successive sheet"¦like some reviewers mentioned. The instructions didn't really mention this.
Looks great and easy to use

I like how easy it was to use, easy to cut. I got 2 packs, which was perfect for my needs. I put them in an RV I renovated, the kitchen and bathroom area. They made to area look more clean and updated. The colors are versatile (we used blues and grays, these tiles went perfectly!
Inexpensive, Quick, & Good Looking

Tl;dr: Adheres great, easy to place and move on the right surface, and looks great.
Review:
The item is as described. The material is typically vinyl with the tiles raised to give a more realistic look. In person, it looks like tiles with grout. The colors are exactly as in the picture.
For application, I cleaned the wall with dawn dish soap, dried, then followed up with alcohol to make sure the adhesive would stick well. Each piece comes with an overlap you can lay another piece on. For me, the way I was laying them this got in the way so I had to cut them off. It was a little tedious, but given the cost and look compared to my original kitchen, it was worth the extra minute per piece to cut off the overlap.
The results speak for themselves, and I'm not even finished yet.

The product looks really nice, it was easy to use, but frustrating. The pieces where you see grout lines can pull apart easily. Lining things up challenging and while installing several times i thought never doing this again. End result was ok though. Now have to see how it holds up. Would be easier to use if there were lines (like on the back of contact paper) to make cuts. I used a sharpie and straight edge to mark. I would cut q little short because the material even with a box cutter what difficult to cut exactly straight, I did just as well with good scissors. This project took 3 boxes.
