Bought these as my daughter was starting to walk and they are great! The material is tough, the shoe is super flexible (which is important when they are learning to walk), the gripies at the bottom are perfect, and the style js super cute! The only con I would have to say is that they run big so we didn't get as much use as I wish we did.

Bought these in the multi-colored hearts for my Goddaughter for her first birthday and they are her favorite shoes! The only pair she will not take off! The Velcro stays put, they are super light weight and bendable (comes in handy because she loves to walk on her Tippy Toes) and they look super cute with every outfit she wears.

These were great first walking shoes. Cute, fit well on fat baby feet, easy to put on and were very flexible. The soft sole seemed to help make my little more confident while learning to walk.
She did wear these a lot and fell a lot causing some of the stitching to start to fray/pull loose. Despite that, my little actually grew out of the shoes before they got unwearable/fell apart.
