The seller is awesome got a replacement out to me very fast. I'm happy with the customer service. RUKO on the other hand needs to take toy robot design lessons from whom ever added to the wonderful WOWEE line from 20 years ago. Some of the pictures I've seen for this bot lead you to believe that it walks and uses its opposing digits (thumb). It shuffles on wheels and has a spring loaded thumbs. GREAT TOY for a small child that loves noise makers.
