This is a great product. I really do not like to pull floss string from traditional "boxes", wrap it around my finger, and reach inside my mouth (tight quarters - so can't see too easily).
This product works like a charm and really simplifies the process, so I recommend it. The plastic pick end is less than useful for me, so I do not use that capability.
Only thing to be aware of, the "string" is not the flat waxed usual floss, so you have you use it a bit more carefully flossing up and down the tooth, but it does work well once you get used to that concept.
