The Pascha dark cacao chocolate is perfect for making protein balls. Product arrived as expected and offered a great solution for saving time and effort in preparation of protein balls. Searched for the mini chips vs the larger more common chips and Pascha is a rare provider of the product. Using the mini chips saves time and effort in preparation. Previously, I spent considerable time chopping the larger chips.

I follow a Keto regimen & start every day with a rich, luxurious, sugar-free Mochasm. It's like drinking a melted chocolate bar with a little coffee in it. Mine also includes inulin (for fiber), 7-Blend Mushroom powder (brain & immune support), cocoa butter (good-for-you fat) & cocoa (antioxidants/proven mood booster) & heavy whipping cream (because: Keto fat bomb!). It's hard to find a good source of unsweetened chocolate. Trader Joe's stopped stocking theirs. Other amazon third party sellers come and go.
So I tried this one. It's GREAT! I tried the small package first, tasted good. So I tried the 10lb package. It wasn't exactly the same. Small chips, and a different better taste!
