Came with everything you need to replace a damaged or defective unit, including o-rings, new bolts, etc. The swap was simple and it fit perfectly. It works, but sadly didn't fix my "parking brake fault" problem. F#@&in VWs. I ended up buying a new car because the only other item to replace would be the brake control module, and requires work by the dealer, so about $2000 or more from my research. For those with only a dead actuator, you'll be set with this one.

The part works when connected to 12V power but if needed to be programmed in order to work on my WV passat. My local dealer would not do it because it is not their part :(
