This are large, thin and soft. Not drippy or wet, just slightly damp feeling. I fold one in half to wipe my "patient". It slides over the skin easily, picks up all that is necessary, usually in one swipe, without soaking through to my fingers--a very important point. I didn't detect a scent, which is fine. Also useful for general cleaning of hands and elsewhere. Didn't try one of the face. Pleased with purchase. Very useful for this hopefully temporary home care situation.
