The cup is excellent. The only issues is that the small rubber that prevents from the liquid to leak,comes off and I had to glue it with crazy glue but other that that it doesn't spill else where

Finally found a cup that keeps my coffee hot longer than 30 minutes! My only dislike is the lid seems to control the flow of the sip. You have to tilt the cup up longer to get more than a sip but I'm adjusting! I'd still recommend this cup!

We have been using these mugs since last Christmas. We got them as stocking stuffers. So when we lost one, I had to purchase more. This holds the right amount of coffee, tea or any other beverage. Since the shape is familiar (like a popular coffee franchise), these mugs fit in our car's cup holders and in our hands just fine. They are super easy to clean, the lid isn't complicated. The only negative is that the lid does leak. So you can't shake off your beverage.

I loved the size and look of the cup but you have to make sure the lid is twisted AND suctioned all the way before trusting it. It's also a tiny bit challenging to get the lid undone from locking it open. It's cool that it's sturdy but it's kind of harder than expected for it already being open. Other than, it stays warm and it's the perfect size for me and glad I got 2.
