I don't usually write reviews but this is a well made product. I have 4 zones in my home and have replaced 3 of the POC Honeywell actuators with these. Have not had a problem with this product. I just replaced my 3rd zone this past week. I bought an extra because I know the 4th will go at some point. Takes 2 minutes to change out and even comes with the set screw. Some others don't come with it so you have to reuse the old rusty one.

Replaced my old one. Be sure to pay attention to direction of close vs open and starting point. Took two tries. Not hard to align once wires are connected.
