I got these to use after bunion surgery, the one the doctor provided required tape to stay in place and was very uncomfortable.
These are extremely comfortable and I love that they stay on. The small size is perfect for me.
I wear them all day, everyday. So they do get a little gross after a while (but are very easy to clean) and they start to break down. But so far I've gotten almost 2 months out of the one I wear everyday.

I saw an ad for these after lamenting toe pain and hearing from my doctor that I should just wear shoes in the house to protect my toe. I didn't have a bunion so I could do that or spend a bunch on orthotics that insurance wouldn't cover. Then this came along. The padding on the joints of my big toes has reduced the pain by a lot and in just a couple of days they seem less inflamed, too. I find that they work best when I'm wearing socks so they're more securely in place.

The one thing I would change is that the surface of the silicone is very tacky so if your house isn't immaculate and you have pets, things will literally get hairy. Still, they're easy to clean so it's not a huge deal, and very soft. They seem sturdy too though. I've worn them while playing Just Dance and they've survived, and I'm not the smallest person so there's some weight on them.

I've been dealing with this toe pain for quite some time and I'm so glad to have such simple, affordable relief. I'd love to see something like this that goes around my foot (rather than in my shoe) for arch support.

The big ones are useless. I wish you could pick the size you want. The smaller ones I use all the time and they have completely taken away the pain I was having between my toes. They are very comfortable, I forget I have them on. You can rinse them off easily.

These toe separators seems good. They help to keep my toes from overlapping. They work fine in shoes.
