I am using this in a closet to separate hats, gloves and scarves since winter is approaching and I am tired of trying to find the right accessories. I think it is perfect for this job, but wouldn't want to put too much weight on each shelf. It is rather light weight, but it is a cheap solution to sorting out a mess.
