Took 3 to 4 hrs to install, had to remove the center console with cup holders, instructions were pretty vague. I had to use a youtube video that showed the Gen II style screen.
I lost Uconnect, the use of the microphone and my dual climate control.

Takes some time but installation is not too complicated. There are some good and helpful videos that show the process. My input is: take some time to upgrade the firmware and the apps to latest versions to get the system working fine. The Zlink app that came installed caused Apple Car play to have a huge delay on phone calls to the point it was impossible to hold a conversation. Latest version of Zlink in Linkswell website solved the problem. I like the fact that specs are true, and the features they say you retain and the ones you loose are correct.
Bottom line, this is not a product that will operate perfectly out of the box, but if you spend some time setting it up it will be a lot better that the original equipment in your truck, no matter what it is.
