Laser hair removal numbing

I purchased this for a laser hair removal session and compared to when I had my sessions without the numbing spray, felt significantly less pain and was able to tolerate the treatment better versus without it. I would say it works 85%. I applied the numbing spray 45 minutes before my appointment on the way, and then I reapplied the spray just before my appointment waiting in the room for 10 minutes peak effects. I would recommend the spray verses nothing at all.

I have used this product for years, and it is wonderful for pain control. HOWEVER, when it arrived (a 6 pack) the product was in a plastic envelope with NO padding . One of the bottles had leaked, soaking the rest in lidocaine. I needed the lidocaine immediately, so I could not return it. Very disappointing. On previous orders, it had arrived in a box (protected).
