I have dissolved the product in my Vitamix and just using a whisk in a pan. There is no taste or structure difference the yogurt or pudding. Great to have on hand.

Easy to measure, store, mix.. Just like pre-packaged milk from the store! The advantages to milk-bought store are several: You don't run out of milk when you least expect it. You don't have to run to the store 2-3 times a week to buy more. You aren't buying and recycling more plastic (or paper) jugs. It's always fresh. You have it handy for recipes that call for powdered milk (like certain breads).

I don't see the problem many are talking about with regard to this not dissolving properly. I put some warm water and mix with no clumping and the taste is actually Ok. It tastes like milk which is what I wanted. If you are mixing this with old water, you should expect that it will take more time to dissolve because it's a powder and the water is cold. In-room temperature water you should still expect to have to mix it thoroughly again because it's a powder and not a fine-grained powder. The bottom line it's okay, just store it properly and make sure that the package is properly sealed shut.
