This is the most EXTRA tea set and was perfect for my girls-only garden party. The teapot originally arrived with a lid that was too big for it and ended up getting stuck - I contacted the seller and they replaced it without me having to send back anything, super easy. I am disappointed with the broken handle on the top though. Ironically, I bough a tea set for her because I broke her tea pot and now she had another broken oneðŸ«
Anyway, make sure you read the little booklet in the packaging when you need to make an exchange of a broken item. I didn't and I responded directly to Amazon and they just refunded me, even though I wanted a replacement. When you directly contact the company, they respond quickly and will send you your replacement.
