My friends' daughter was diamond painting one day and I had never seen anything like it before. I bought this boat one for my husband for Father's Day. It has such an pretty picture and the little crystals are beautiful. It's very easy to use and hopefully I'll finish with it this week, but I am very happy with this first design and can't wait to do my next one!

I really like this new concept. Got one of these for myself (gifted a few to others who like doing these) because the pandemic caused me to have cramps coloring! I am so glad I tried this and I think it would be something you could work on as gifts for others throughout the year too. I am very impressed with the look of the ones I am seeing others do and I can barely wait to finish this one. It is so neat how the light catches the tiny stones. I have gotten this type of item in the past and my issue was that the picture with the gems, the picture was too pixelated and hard to see. This picture with it's size still has some good detail.
Color/Letter confusion

I enjoy doing these types of activities and I have done a few before. The only thing I didn't like about this one was that the "o's" and "c's" were almost the same color and a lot of them were in the same area (see photos) and it was hard to distinguish the difference between the two because they looked so similar. Also, user error on my part but the colors for #1 and #10 were also very similar and the letters were R and P. I got those mixed up and had to end up removing a lot of gems and resticking them on the right letter (but that was my fault for not paying attention)

Something different to try, and I did enjoy it. It was slightly daunting at first, but really, I did this for a couple of hours each day and it took about a week and a half for me to finish. It's pretty. I trimmed the edges, used double-side tape to center on white poster board, and framed it. It's hanging in my bathroom and looks very nice. Shipped timely! Thank you!
