Had a Breville air fryer oven pro that was returned due to damage.Purchased the inexpensive Galanz until another oven was located. So happy with this air fry convestion over that I am keeping it.Works great, looks good, excellent quality and it does everything including dehydrating just as the Breville oven pro did only at a fraction of the cost.
A great little over for a great price!

I haven't had this little over for too long so I can't say how it hold up over time but I have used it on several settings and it has worked very well so far. I bought the larger sized one when it was on sale so I got a great deal. I live in a small bungalow so I don't have a lot of kitchen gadgets but I love to cook so having one appliance that does many things is awesome. I love it for the most part. If there was something I would change about it, it would be that you have to push the start button again once it finishes the pre-heating to get it to begin the actual cooking cycle and you can't just add a few more minutes at the end of a cooking cycle if what you are making isn't quite done. You have to restart the entire process including the pre-heat cycle when means that you have to wait for it to give you the signal to hit the cook button again. So, that's a bit of an inconvenience if you need more time. You can just set it for more time than you need and then set a separate timer to keep you from experiencing having to restart the system which is what I do. However, you cannot avoid having to pre-heat and then push the start button again. It does buzz to let you know when it is ready. Some people don't like the buzzer but I actually don't mind it. At least I know when it is ready for me to go push the start button and the noise is not bad. This little over is quite roomy and I have used it quite a few times to make many different types of things from breads to homemade chicken pot pie to times in the air fryer and everything has come out lovely. I've even made homemade pizza in it and it was quite lovely as well. I love the fact that I don't have to turn on my big oven when I'm making something that will fit in that one instead...which is most of the time. The one thing I have not tried yet is the rotisserie. Oh, and as long as you take the time to wipe it out after each use, it is very easy to keep clean. I don't have my oven sitting on my counter so I have not had the problem that some people say they have with the oven door dropping down and banging onto the counter. I've got mine sitting on a cart so there is nothing for it to bang on. I did notice that when you open it, it will open and stay supported in the first and second position which is about up to a 45% angle before the weight of the door is too heavy and will just fall down if you are not supporting it with your hand and because I have no counter beneath mine, I see that it will open more than a 90% angle so if you are not properly supporting it when your hand, it will crash into your counter top. So, it is important that you give the door proper support. I do not believe this is a defect in the manufacturing of the oven but rather a safety feature. I know that when I open the over on the cart, the way it opens, it keeps me from accidently getting burnt and it also helps me remove the crumble plate more easily and making cleaning is easier. Anyway, that's my two cents on why the door opens more than a 90% angle. I don't know if they could have put in hinges that would have kept the door from being too heavy after the 45% angle point was reached but my other toaster type ovens were no different. As far as the rest of the features go, it is very easy to us. I love the fact that the can be turned on and off.

Oh, there is one feature of this oven I do not understand why they added it. It has a clock which is a great idea; however, the instruction manual tells you that you need to unplug the unit every time you use it to allow it to cool down which resets the clock. So, if you want to use the clock as a clock, you will have to reset the clock every time you use the unit if you are going to use it the way the manual tell you to. I just keep mine unplugged until I go to use it so I don't use the clock feature. I didn't buy it for the clock feature.

I highly recommend this little oven if you are looking for a combo oven. It is definitely a good buy for the money and it does a great job doing what it's supposed to do. I'm a single person but this thing is big enough for a whole family to use. You can definitely cook a lot in the air fryer at one time...it comes with a basket and a flat rack for air frying. In fact, it comes with a lot of nice stuff to use in it. You can cook a 13" pizzas in it. The inside is 13.5 inches by 13.5 inches with a height of 8.5 inches. I added a photo of a few things I cooked in the oven since I started to used it. The pizza is a homemade 12" stuffed crusted pizza made with fresh mozzarella. The bread is a homemade pull apart sticky cinnamon bread. And the chicken pot pie is a huge homemade 10" deep dish size. I've made biscuits and other breads in it as well and they turn out very nice. The one thing that I noticed that I have to do more is tent certain things that I cook so that they do not brown too much on top before they cook on the inside which is fine. I think this is the case with any smaller size oven that you are using to bake pastry or bread type items other that say something that cooks rather quickly like pizza. All in all, I think this is a great little oven worth the price you pay for it. I'm certainly glad I purchased mine. I only gave it 4 stars because of the issues with the clock which is basically a useless feature if you are going to use the machine as the manufacturer tells you too by unplugging it every time you use it, and the fact that in order to add time to your cooking event once it's started, you have to restart the entire process including going through another pre-heating period.
Glad I purchased

Nice & large! Lots of settings & still slightly confused on how to change temp for a preset item but it's getting used. Great for toasting & baking so far. Was in my price range.
Overall much happier with this than my 6 quart basket air fryer.

I've had one of the air fryer lid attachments for the 6-quart instant pot for a year now and I've had a 6 quart basket air fryer for about six months. I've been using this toaster style air fryer for about a month now. All three work good but I prefer this toaster style one.

The one with the basket is pretty frustrating to clean the inside bottom of the the part of the basket that holes in it. Part of what makes that frustrating is that you have to have your arm at a pretty good upward angle to reach the bottom. With this toaster style you can clean the bottom with your arm horizontal which is much easier. There is also a drip tray for the toaster style which has caught the majority of the drippings each time I've used it. Being able to remove that to clean all that is much easier for the cleaning than with the basket kind and there is always very little that needs to be cleaned from the bottom of the air fryer itself.

The other air fryers I have don't have a preheat function and you just have to guess if you've preheated them enough. This one has a preheat function but I'm not sure if has any kind of heat sensor to be able to tell if it's up to temp. or if it just works off of a time for how long it should take to get up to temp.. If you cook something in this and it isn't done cooking at the end of the cook time you have to go through the preheating process again to cook it longer. You also can't add time to the cooking timer after you've gotten the cooking started. To cook whatever longer than the time you set it for you have to wait either wait for the cooking timer to run out and set all the settings with that additional amount of time or you could probably press CANCEL and do all the settings for the time that was left along with the additional

Cooking with this does take longer than with either of the other air fryers but I can fit what I could fill both of those with (using both of those 6 quart air fryers at the same time) into this one at once. That leave both of those other ones available for cooking other things while I cook something big with this one.

One last bit of advice. There are 4 bulges on the inside walls on both sides. In between those bulges make up the slots where you're supposed to slide the cooking trays. There are 3 of those slots. The top of that highest shouldn't really be used as a fourth unless maybe you're cooking something on that tray that is very short (such as maybe potato slices to make potato chips rather than meat patties to make burgers). I found that out the hard way. I put burger patties up there and it was tough to slide that tray back out because the tops of the burgers were hitting the underside of the top heating elements. I also wasn't sure if I that was damaging the heating elements but it did cause a good amount of smoke.
Figuring it out
