I've had this for a few weeks and used a few of the different heads it comes with. So far, no wear on the heads and did have a couple of screws that needed some extra torque to loosen. I did a light test on the extended and the flexible part and they seem to work all right (light testing, don't know how well they would work on something that was really tight). If I notice some of the heads wearing down after a few uses I'll come back to update, but at least so far it's held up. And I do feel like they have enough to cover most of the heads you'll need. Also the back can spin, so if needed you can hold the back knob with one hand to stabilize and the other hand to turn the rest of the driver.
One other thing I do like is that the casing is small enough to fit with a larger kit (have this in with a small networking kit I picked up at the same time) which is a bonus.
