While there was nothing wrong with the product aside from the fact it didn't match my set as expected, it's far more Grey that it appears in the photo and the wicker is way smaller than the bands in my current furniture (hard to tell from photo). I am still arguing with them to return the products and they nickel and dime you over every thing and BEFORE THEY EVEN GET BACK make assumptions that it is damage, not re-usable, and will need to be recycled. I ordered 2 sets for a total cost of 167 and after my return I will be lucky to see 40.00. They rip you off and are a horrible vendor with despicable customer service. Oh and they didn't even send the right number of return labels. I have 2 boxes they sent one and are deducting 60.00 for return shipping and 20.00 for each set as a restocking fee!!!!!!!!! Be aware before you buy. If you are 1,0000000000 percent sure this will match your set, go to a different vendor!!!!!

From out of the box it took only a couple of minutes to add the cushion and screw on the adjustable feet. It's really already assembled except for placing the cushion on top and screwing on adjustable feet. The directions are outstanding.
