A must have for sanitation and refreshing

It's not leaking and water flow is very very strong so don't push the trigger all the way if you use it to clean yourself!! It can be Ouch!!! However it would be perfect flow for rinsing the toilet bowl. We are accustomed to cleaning with water since pandemic when the toilet paper was rare to find. We're glad now that all our toilets have the bidets!!!
Necessity for me!

Ive installed a few bidets and this was by far the easiest and fastest installation! It's a heavy duty material with a nice finish that doesn't seem to scratch easily. The water pressure can be controlled by how much you turn the on/off lever for the water to flow (the handle itself you can control the pressure a little by either barely squeezing or putting it on full blast). I bought this instead of a toilet attachment because we cloth diaper and I'll need it for when my baby starts solids. However, I like this type of bidet more than the ones that attach to the seat with a knob to turn it on and off. This one is cleaner, makes cleaning the toilet a breeze and you have more control with the aim!!! You can't control the temperature and it can be loud if you put the pressure up but it's quieter than the sound of the toilet flushing"¦ absolutely recommend!!!
Had this now for a year. Here are my thoughts

After having one of those seated bidets, I wanted to try something like this handheld one to see if I liked it better. When it came last year, my husband installed it to our toilet. He enjoyed the project very much, and said it was easy to set up. The only issue he had was that it was tight to get into the space by the toilet, since we have a wall to the left of it. He got it on, and for over a year now, it's run great!
The pressure on it is nice, but you do need to be careful because if you accidentally press all the way down, you definitely get surprised by the pressure of water. We have a small, circular ringed toilet seat, and this works just fine for the amount of space in the bowl. It's kept us clean.
I previously said we had a seat mounted bidet, and while I liked it, it got super dirty fast. This one is nice because it stays outside of the toilet, keeping it very clean. We have hard water, and it definitely leaves residue on it, but that's not a knock on the bidet itself. You can easily clean it by attaching a plastic ziplock to the nozzle and filling it with vinegar. The up-keep is so minimal, and because it's so much more sanitary, we're going to stay with this brand. And every piece is actual metal too, so it's nice quality!
Oh, also, we're cloth diapering our babies, and this works WONDERS for the initial clean up before tossing the diapers in the washer. Can't recommend this one enough.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly…

I'm moderately handy at DIY projects, but I'm 76 years old and plumbing work gets harder at my age. Just about anyone should be able to install this thing. Use plumber's tape on the fittings. They include a roll of the thinnest tape I've ever used"¦ I threw it away and used some I had on hand, which held it's shape better.
The Good"¦
1. The product is made of quality materials and installation is very simple. You'll likely only need an adjustable wrench to remove and reinstall the water supply line to the shutoff valve coming out of the wall. All the other fittings can and should be tightened by hand. (If it leaks, tighten a bit more until it no longer drips.)
2. The device works well and is easy to use! Having never used a bidet I wasn't sure if I'd like it, so this purchase and install was a test run. It passed and I'm ordering two more for my remaining toilets.
3. Several other reviews complained about having to turn a valve on-off each time you use it. I was a bit concerned after reading this, but once installed, I found it to be a simple and easy task. If you're concerned then try this before ordering: Sitting on the throne, right arm extended, swing your arm straight back about 20 degrees behind you and your hand will touch the bottom of the tank at the water supply line"¦ if you can do that, you can open-close the valve"¦ EasyPeasy!! (If you have a frozen shoulder, or you're missing your right arm, then the valve will be a hassle.)
The Bad"¦ Your water supply line to the tank will likely need to be replaced. I had a stainless steel braided 12" line which was too long for the ~6in required distance. My local hardware store had a 9" replacement in stainless for $9 and rubber for $7"¦ Get the stainless, it will last forever.
The Ugly"¦ The picture of the device installed shows the spray handle hanging vertically when not used"¦ The mount that I received doesn't hold the handle in that position, the opening isn't the right size, but it will rest there"¦ I discovered placing the sprayer end into the mount bracket is very secure but less attractive because this places the handle in a horizontal position causing the hose to protrude farther forward. It's not a big deal, just a bit annoying.
We decided the under the lid style wasn't for us due to aiming issues and cleaning. This simple hose method does the job fine and makes toilet cleaning a much easier task. Buy one now!

The bidet works well for bathroom use and is pretty easy to install. The hose and t valve appear to be well built and I haven't had any issues with leaks so far. I ran into some water pressure issues with the spray handle, however Arofa customer service has been excellent and was able to promptly resolve the matters.
