I love this tub. I ordered a different brand and it was more expensive and poorly made. The quality of this tub shows immediately. Install was easy. The automatic light is nice and the controls are good quality. I wish this tub had a heater, but I am still very happy.

Horrible don't purchase this bathtub. It broke right away once we put water in it, it cracked and continued to spider web out from the original crack. No one in my home weights more that 165 lbs. No custom service to help & I am literally out $2500

Upon receiving this tub, I was excited and afraid to remove it from the create thinking if I remove and find something wrong Amazon would not allow me to return it. So I called Amazon and they said to check it out but don't install it. I uncrated it in my foyer and moved it to my living room for further inspection, I realized there was a slight crack in one of the side walls and although it appeared long enough for my application, it was really narrow! My 19 yr old, sat in it (With shoes off) and he too said it was too confining, the walls felt too closed in on him. After a little more thought, the reason I wanted the tub is to relax and soak. I couldn't do that with it being too narrow, so sadly we returned it. But I must say, I was impressed with all of the bells and whistles it came with.
So happy with our new tub!!! Easy to install!
