Very heavy and poorly packed. There was no styrofoam on the sides just top and bottom. Not surprised that the plastic cover is cracked in two places.

I was pleasantly surprised by this juicer. I've only used it once, so far, but having fresh squeezed OJ is now a quick task.
I bought 3 bags of oranges, (5 oranges per bag), for $2 each. The one bag made a full mason jar glass of juice, within seconds. It was fairly easy to dismantle, to wash the parts... and the parts are user friendly, making reassembly easy.
I saw this gadget, at a breakfast spot, down by the shore... and I was amazed. They charged me $6 for a glass of fresh squeezed OJ, where mine cost $2... big difference. I searched online, and found that Amazon sold the juicer, and allowed payments to be spread out over 5 months... that really made it easy to be able to have this in my possession.
In the past, I've had to peel my oranges, then put them through my masticating juicer, which was so time consuming. Now I just drop a few oranges in the top of the machine, and the machine slices the oranges in half, then rotates them through the juice press for instant juice. The pressed orange halves are then deposited into the trash receptacles on both sides.
I hope it holds up, because I really love the whole idea behind this machine, and it was a pricey investment.

Product came in quickly. It was easy to take apart to clean upon opening, and put back together. There was a small crack on the front window and a small bend in one of the feet upon arrival but nothing worth the hassle to send back. Tried oranges, lemons and limes. Oranges and Lemon work beautifully, limes are slightly too small and I imagine the opening would be too narrow for grapefruit! Awesome citrus juicer to upgrade to for our small cafe, and all of the kids (16-23) are able to take apart and clean without my supervision!
