The paper is quite rough on one side and very smooth on the other side so I found this to be very useful in my art. It has a bit of a lavendar tinge, it is not stark white. It is a nice amount of paper in the spiral. I like that it is thick enough so there is no bleed thru when I am using Tombow or Arteza paint pens and markers.
The two sides of pages have different texture.

Didn't know if this paper would be smooth or rough, I didn't read the description well, I was more attracted to the low price. You get a lot of paper with a little bleed through. You can see in the picture a faint blue mark where the alcohol based marker bled through.
The heavy tooth and general texture of the paper are like a really thick paper towel. It reminds me of blotter paper, or even mi teintes paper.
Good for beginners to try something with tooth without spending a lot of money.
