Bought these over a year ago to help cushion the outside edge of my foot by my little toe. That spot would really hurt when I ran to the point of not wanting to run. I thought I might have a bunion but it turns out that I supinate on that foot and put a lot of pressure on the outside edge of my foot. These pads really cushion that area and eliminate the pain/hot spot. I always wear them when I run and for other activities like pickleball and walking. The do feel weird to put on. They have held up just fine but I'm back today to buy some fresh ones. Highly recommended!

I tried this on my little toe. Did not try the inscerts. Found it was easier to roll up a peice of toilet paper and put it between my fourth and little toe. This is not a bad product and might work better for others.

I used this pad for pain relief caused by a little toe bunion. I recommend coating with baby powder before trying to put on, then roll up your sock to put on over bunion pad. give good pain relief, but does not completely iliminate the pain.
