My dermatologist recommended that I buy some urea cream for my cracked, funky feet! I'm a runner so they are quite a mess. This stuff made a surprising, noticeable difference and in a short amount of time.

About a year later, I tried another brand of urea cream. It just did not give me the same results, and left my feet feeling greasy.

I purchased this brand again recently and am so glad I did. I like using it twice a day (once morning, once evening) for about a week to jumpstart results. Then, I prefer applying it at night, just prior to going to bed. I really can't say enough good stuff about this cream. It's about the only thing that's worked to make my feet feel soft and healthy!

I've struggled with dry cracked heels for so many years. I've tried countless creams, soaks, wraps, foot masks, ointments, files, pumices, cling wrap, silicon heel sleeves, "¦just an exhausting list of things. With a lot of work I could probably get 1/2 day where they looked good enough to wear open back shoes, but they were still rough and hard so they looked bad quickly and easily attracted dirt. Fast forward to my first time trying this cream two nights ago and I just want to cry. I can't believe these are my feet. They're soft, look healthy and rosy like blood is actually flowing at the surface. They look alive rather than a foreign part of my body. The cracks that are left are very minor and I expect they'll be gone with 2-3 more days of use.

Here's what I did: I took a nighttime shower, lightly filed my heels with a microplane, put on the cream, then socks, and went to sleep. The next morning they looked and felt so much better. I repeated the above. This morning I gently filed, put the cream on and they looked like normal feet. Something I've never been able to accomplish with the file and any other ointment/cream. Even prescription creams. I don't even think I'll need the file anymore because my heels are so soft.

I've used tea tree oil and medicated creams before so the smell didn't bother me at all like some of the other reviewers. I hate the smell of creams that smell like bengay and much prefer this. In my opinion, it wasn't strong and fainted quickly.

I'm so excited to have my shoe options expanded and to not hide my feet anymore.

I have been using it for a few days-I don't feel like I have gotten the dramatic results like others. My heels are better but I don't like "feel" of the product. It has a chalky residue-so I only use before bed. Has a weird smell too.

It only takes a very small amount, but this jar lasts so much longer, too. Also, don't try to save a few bucks and buy a different brand of urea cream. I thought that was a smart idea, and it really wasn't. Total waste of money and I threw out the cheaper brand after 2 weeks. Learned my lesson, and ordered another jar of this brand immediately. If you have dry feet, you will not regret this purchase!!
