Great bang for the buck, only occassionally snags and has to be rewound a bit

The last 2 spools I've run have gone through without a hitch, but usually I have at a time or two per spool where it will stop feeding and I have to unwind / rewind a bit of the spool. I deducted a star not so much for that, but because my dad has much worse luck using the same spools. I suspect he may be going to close to the retaining wall bricks and burning up line so fast it jams, because I don't have nearly the trouble he does. I just reordered, and I almost went with the name brand to see if it did better and lasted longer, but it was so much more expensive it couldn't have lasted long enough to make up for the price difference, so I ordered these again. I got my dad another trimmer that takes straight sections of line instead of spools, but I prefer to keep using these myself.
