One small flaw in the chair

You can't have the ball inflated all the way or the back rest is pointless and you might feel too tall for your desk. My desk is 2ft 2in off the ground and I'm 140 pounds so the ball doesn't squish vary much when I sit on it so I had to deflate it quite a bit just so I could get my legs under my desk but also I'm 5ft tall and I can't reach the floor on a good day. so keep that in mind but luckily I have adhd so I fold my legs under me like in my pictures so it's great for the bouncyness and for trying to fix my posture and my legs don't go numb vary much cause there's only like 2 good ways to sit on this chair

Highly recommend this chair to get away from the everyday office chair you can lounge in. Helps with posture and with fixing your posture helps back pain/tightness. Only thing I recommend is paying attention to where you put the locking wheels. The slightest pressure on the tabs for the locks they will lock the wheel.
Helping my lower back and posture, but instructions are tiny and assembly was a bit of a pain.

As I approach my 50's I don't want to turn into a hunchback - working out helps but I noticed I am slumping more due to sitting and working all day. Really wanted a chair to help with my posture, lower back and neck pain, and I purchased this after reading the reviews.
Setup wasn't too bad - the instructions are printed very small (even the pictures, and yes I was wearing my glasses), and some of the written instructions made me chuckle ("press hard with hammer", for example, that still makes me laugh). Biggest issue with the installation was putting the small plate on the bottom of the wheel base - when putting the wheel base onto the main chair, it won't insert all the way (not even with my full body weight on it, nor "pressing hard with hammer" lol), so I just had to leave it most of the way inserted, and toss the little plate and screw to cover the bottom hole.
I am surprised at how much I like sitting on this chair - it's very sturdy, surprisingly so, seems well made, and way more comfortable than my desk chair. So far, it's helping me to sit straighter for longer. I also don't catch myself slumping over into the hunchback position - so far so good! I have very high hopes for this chair long-term.
