WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN - USER ERROR!

From the start I liked this device. Easy to run, fairly accurate - But the first one I purchased died after 3 months in the middle of Zion Nat'l Park on vacation. Super disappointed. So I e-mailed Amazon and even tho it was past the return window they exchanged it. The 2nd one lasted 7 months before it quit charging. Really wasn't hoping to have to replace it so quickly, and I won't be purchasing this model again.
Updated 06/28/21 - Pay attention when you pull the band(s) off the device to charge it. Both sides look the same from the top, but only one side actually has the USB points for charging and make sure that's the side you insert into your USB Charger. Duh! After my frustration with the 2nd Tracker not charging I realized I was attempting to charge it using the prong that didn't have the USB connectors on it. You can't blame the seller for my stupidity. Since then, I have been able to successfully charge it (multiple times). Is it completely accurate with heart rate & blood pressure, no, but it is close (I tested it at a recent wellness appt.)

Very nice smart watch. I purchased this as a gift for my nephews daughter on her birthday.
it's a nice looking watch. easy to use. (she's 14) she likes that she can connect to her iphone 11 and track her footsteps (always watching her calorie intake) throughout the day.
Awesome battery life! 3x a week it needs to charge.
The Silcone band is super soft against the skin and easy to clean. The watch is lightweight and very comfortable to wear.
Set up was super simple. The instructions are really clear and easy to follow.
Came nice packaged as well. Worth the price!

Fits really comfortably on wrist and is accurate with everything minus temperature (it only measures my wrist's temperature so it's not very useful). I bought this watch initially for the blood pressure, but have gotten a lot of other benefits from it too. Tracks steps accurately, but it did take a few days to figure out how to change sport modes (this is why you read the manual). Also digs into skin and leaves a mark, sometimes painful.
The price and value is amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable fitness tracker.

For the most part, I will say this is a really stylish watch in terms of facing. It has a very similar look to the apple watch look wit the button being more in the center. That being said, the OS is not like the apple watch. This is a decent watch for the price you are paying. I actually enjoy having this for more of active wear and daily use. I do not have to worry about it getting scratched up or anything like apple watch. For the most part, this watch works pretty well with the readings and such. The watch does use a smartphone in order to sync the time and such so you do not have to worry about the time needing updating. It can also give you notifications from your phone although I have not been able to respond with the watch which is fine. I tried it with both apple and android and the messages do show up so you are able to receive notification from both operating systems. The band is pretty solid. It does still feel a little cheap but I do not expect it to be high end quality. It does fit pretty comfortably on my wrist although it does attract a good amount of dust. In order to make sure the heart reading was accurate, I tested this product against a fitbit heart rate monitor. It utilizes the same technology to read pulse and heart beat. The watch reading was pretty accurate from what I can tell. It did not differ from the fitbit heart rate which is great. The sensor is pretty good but I would recommend wiping it down every so often. So the battery I would say needs to be charged every other day for me. That is because I do get a bunch of messages and I like to utilize my watch more frequently. It is not too hard to charge and takes a few hours to charge to full. Normally one overnight should be more than enough to charge it. The down side is the charger is a magnetic base and that can be a bit hard to replace in the future if you happen to need to get a replacement charger. The screen is not too easily to scratch up so I would not be too worried. The touch screen is pretty responsive which is nice. It does has the basic features I need which is to track my steps and heart rate. The app itself works relatively well and is pretty straight forward to use. It gives me my daily information. The application is required to setup. The application does not crash like many other applications do and is fairly UI friendly. It does take some time to get used to. Again the band is not bad but it does feel cheap. It is a simple silicone band and it can sometimes chafe the skin and feel bit slipper if you sweat. Overall this is a decent smartwatch to have if you are on a budget. I actually like this for how it looks and I do not care too much if it gets scratched up. It is waterproof but I have yet to go swimming with it. The battery does last a pretty long time. The reading for the pulse and heartbeat is pretty accurate. The watch has a nice look to it. The only thing is that the charging base may be hard to replace in the future if it happens to break.

Great price on fitness tracker. Most tests within accurate range. Reached out to vendor with notification (sedentary notification reminder)...and he pointed me in the right direction. I had to explore phone settings as well as tracker settings on phone app. Thank you! I finally got the "exercise" notification.
It's not quite a year gone by and the watch has lately become out of sync and disconnects from phone,
I found a deal on this same phone @ about half price to have a backup. I'll see if this one lasts longer .I wonder if it makes a difference on how you charge it up. I have two USB to plug into outlet chargers. Maybe I would be better off using a USB port on my laptop to charge. Anyone have any ideas on this?
I took away 1 star because watch didn't make it to a year.
