Well made and tall.

Well made and the halves screw together nicely. 9ft is a nice hight to string my lights across my back wall. The poles are partially hidden by a planter and surfboard.
Does the job

This is now the third time I have purchased these poles for my yard, as I now have 8 total. They are tall, super easy to install (literally twist two pieces together) and they look fantastic. I am majorly impressed because I live in a windy area on the edge of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, and these poles literally held up against 100mph winds. My area is also quite rocky, so I haven't been able to push these flush into the ground, and they still hold up to all our wind storms and snow storms. I am seriously impressed with these poles!
The only thing to note is that these are literally as described - it can only have distances up to 15 feet apart. Mine are 15 feet apart and are totally fine, but when I tried to do about 17 feet, they leaned heavily. So their marketing is completely accurate. If you have a fence you can reinforce them to (or I saw some photos with planters and blocks) then you should be totally fine, as it can support the tension.
Highly recommend!!

I brought this after I did a DIY light pole. I wish I knew about this first. That DIY pole stresses me out. This takes of less space too.
Very Sturdy and Easy to Use

I am pleasantly surprised at how well these work. I thought they might bend or lean but they do not - and I have the Edison light string pulled tight. The key for me I think was making sure the ground was soft enough to push them ALL the way down. I have 5 of them situated around my patio about 12' apart. Works perfectly.
