I purchased the Newtion Gym Rings after a cheaper set broke. I liked these because the strap is thicker and the hinges clamps were more robust. These did not disappoint. I have them hanging in my garage and use them every day for dips, rows, pull-ups, and arm stuff. They are very versatile and withstand the cold better than my last set.

Figuring out the straps is the most difficult part of setup (and the diagram didn't really help), but once I got them setup, they've been great.
Very durable and easy to grip.
The extra length of the strap hanging can get in the way, but if you tie/hang it from the same spot you're hanging it from the ceiling, it's out of the way. I initially tried hanging it from a normal pull up bar in a doorway, which meant there was a lot of strap left over which got annoying. I've since moved it to the garage where we have a ceiling mounted pull up bar.
Otherwise though, they've been great and I haven't had any issues.

Seriously the best exercise equipment I have ever bought and it was only $30. I strung these up between two trees in my back yard and am working my way towards doing muscle ups. At first I took them inside during rain and such but now I just leave them out there. They are holding up incredibly well. No rust, very durable. There are so many things you can do with such simple equipment. Heck of a workout will really kick your @$$.

I paid the fair price of $26.99. I almost paid double for a similar looking product with the only difference, the straps lacked measurement printed and grip tape not provided. I figured I could get my own tape and mark my own strap if needed, and for the savings, I could get another set to share with a friend!
I'm pretty pleased with the quality of these and although I would have loved a wooden one, I believe this ring will last forever.

So far these have been a great addition to my garage gym. The buckles are very easy to operate and hold the strap securely. There's plenty of extra strap in order to adjust the height to a wide variety of lengths. My kids swing, twist, and wrap these in a million ways they were never intended to be used and they're doing great. I would absolutely recommend these to someone looking for a set of rings for general fitness/ and kids messing around.
