Really works to relieve occasional constipation. However, be aware that aloe can cause low potassium, which gave me tachycardia, so I now only take it if absolutely necessary. I like it better than other laxatives though

When I was traveling I stopped into a natural food store and saw this product in mini packets to try for free. I took two of the sample packets. Since these didn't have cascara I was thinking they wouldn't work that well, so I took four capsules. Big mistake 😂 definitely don't recommend that. Surprisingly these are powerful with just one or two capsules. If you stick with one or two, these work fantastic. No cramping or diarrhea style bms lol. They produce an amazing result. Just don't over for it like it did haha.
